1. The type of glue is mainly selected according to the pasting area and the characteristics of the glue according to the following conditions:

Normal conditions: Use environmentally friendly water-soluble glue, which is a milky white and odorless PVC special glue

If it is close to the toilet or in a damp place, it is recommended to use two-component glue in the area 50cm away from it, which has strong waterproof performance.

If it is the place where the PVC floor is attached to the upper wall, use my all-purpose glue.

For conductive vinyl floors, use conductive glue

2. Climate conditions

The indoor temperature is lower than 10°C, (the glue manufacturer generally recommends not to install the PVC floor below 18°C). The technician must prevent the latex glue from frosting. The place where the glue is applied must be well ventilated

3. Surface condition

It is necessary to fully consider whether the surface is non-absorbent or absorbent. The floor of ceramic tile, marble and metal belongs to the non-absorbent surface, and the others are basically absorbent. Appropriate selection of different primers. This can avoid the self-leveling and the surface not bonding and shelling caused by improper selection.

4. Construction technology

Construction specifications are a very important part of the bonding of PVC floors.

Proper use of glue: The glue must be applied according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use a serrated hand spatula of the recommended type to apply the glue, be sure to apply it evenly. If the amount of glue recommended by the manufacturer is not applied, the glue cannot fully stick to the PVC floor. If there is not enough time for the glue to evaporate, the glue may have moisture or solvent residue, which may also cause the bond to fail.

Rolling: A 50kg steel roller should be used to evenly roll the entire surface of the floor to compact the plastic floor. Roll at least twice, roll immediately after installing the floor, and roll again half an hour or an hour after the floor is installed. Because the final adhesive force of the glue is half an hour later, the PVC floor has properties. Before it is completely adhered, there will still be some bulging phenomenon, so it needs to be rolled again to make the PVC floor stick well with the glue. catch. Use rolling to press the back of the floor and the adhesive to ensure that the floor is free of air bubbles and the PVC floor is well bonded. The floor needs to be rolled out from the center of the PVC floor.

5. Matters needing attention after construction:
