Specifications, dimensions and laying methods of car wash floor grilles

If you want to open a car wash, you must have a good floor. Now many shops are using the car wash floor grille.

On the other hand, it is better to clean up the sediment, even without the need for a special sedimentation tank. After the whole ground is launched, the sediment will be under the grille of the car wash room.

Specifications and dimensions of the car wash floor grille:

Generally, the size of the grille of the garage flooring often used by the car wash shop is 38*38*38, because the car wash often has to pass the car, and the load-bearing capacity is heavy, and it is easy to consume the performance of the grill itself when getting on and off the car.

The weight is about 1.8-2 tons, and this specification can meet the load-bearing pressure of two tons.

The color matching of the grille of the car wash room:

1、you can choose red and black splicing and matching, you can choose to use red for the interior parking space, and circle the outside with black, which is a common color matching;

2、you can also choose yellow and gray splicing and matching, and the parking space inside Parts are gray, and the outer circles are yellow.

Laying method of car wash floor grille:

The garage floor tiles are directly raised, and the whole car wash floor grille is laid, including drains, ground grilles, supports, and concrete slopes.

A 30cm-wide drainage ditch (sedimentation tank) is dug horizontally at one end of the car wash station area, and support with a diameter of 8-10cm and a uniform height is placed on the prepared ground plane.

The support is a woodblock or PPR filled with concrete.

The water pipes should be placed at certain intervals, with high-strength car wash floor grilles laid on them, and concrete slopes at the entrance.

The scheme is simple in construction, convenient in material selection, does not require extensive damage to the foundation, and is suitable for medium and high-end car wash shops.
