Place horizontal line

1. According to the design pattern, plastic floor specifications, room size, divide the grid, and locate the elastic line.

2. Pop up the center cross line or diagonal line on the base layer, and pop up the parquet line.

3. The border line pops up on the wall, and the line must be thin and accurate.

4. Before the floor is laid, line dry, pre-assemble and number the boards.

Floor installation

1. First wipe the ground base with a brush or dry towel to remove dust.

2. Apply the adhesive evenly on the base surface with a toothed scraper, lay the plates in sequence from the inside to the outside, and press and compact with a roller or a push plate after paving one or one construction surface.

3. After the board is laid, judge the dryness and cleanliness of the adhesive according to the temperature, and then carry out the board seam welding.

4. Before welding, cut the adjacent two edges into V-shaped grooves, use the electrode with the same composition as the plate to be welded, and use a hot air torch to adjust the temperature to 180 degrees; - 250 degrees; for welding.

5. After the welding rod is cooled, use a spatula to shovel and cut the excess welding rod higher than the surface of the board. Care should be taken not to damage the floor surface during operation.
